Everybody's favorite MTB flat pedal from the late Suntour XC-Ⅱ a.k.a. the "Bear Trap" is back! And even better! With kindness and TONS help from MKS pedals, we were finally able to make this happen. We traced the original blueprint but added a little spice for the modern design. No matter what kind of shoes you wear, you'll always get a nice grippy feeling. Once you step on this pedal, you cannot go back to the others. Excellent for OG MTB, BMX. Also great for track bikes and commuters.

MKS is the pedal brand of Mikashima Industrial Company Limited. The Mikashima Industrial Company was founded as an aircraft component manufacturer in 1943, converted its operations to pedal manufacturing in 1946, and was established as a limited company in 1949.
Our 70+ years of operations have been managed by the Ogino family, and is currently led by President Toshiyuki Ogino with guidance from Chairman Kohichro Ogino.
MKS has persevered when most of our competitors have failed. There was estimated to be 40 pedal manufactures in Japan in 1946, while only 2 remain today.

The Lambda Ezy Superior is an extremely unique double-sided platform pedal designed in conjunction with Rivendell Bicycle Works. The Lambda design uses a somewhat traditionally alloy pedal body attached to very unconventional alloy step block, and is built around our hand adjusted cup and cone bearing system. The large “C” shaped step blocks feature a octopus sucker like dimple that provides excellent grip without shoe damaging pins. While this pedal is quite large front to back, the unique design isn’t particularly wide allowing for ample clearance while cornering. Due to the large surface area, this pedal is popular for cycling in boots and fat biking.The patented Ezy Superior system allows for safe, rapid, and toolless removal of pedals for travel, storage, or flexibility. Particularly popular as an upgrade for folding bicycles, those who take their bikes on mass transit, or travel bikes with coupler systems our Ezy Superior system can dramatical improve ride quality while saving space.
